The little town port of Stranraer is a busy seaside town with gulls and boats and crashing waves.
Yet another day of hours and hours of driving took us past interesting ruins.

...and old churches...
...and an island off Girvan called Ailsa Craig...
until after a very long coastal drive we arrived at 'Harbour Lights'.
We said goodbye to FR11 AFE Golf after 2100 miles,
and enjoyed walking around the sea town, watching the lights twinkle on the water as the sun's dusky glow settled late at night.
The next morning we watched the coast for miles from the ferry as we sailed to Northern Ireland.
