A Day in London - to the Right

London; excitement, busy, royal, full of so much it doesn't know what it is about.

London - where to start - turn right and walk.

Buckingham palace with sentries sanding to attention, guarding bricks and gates and golden things.

St James's Park with ducks and squirrels and pretty flowers.

The National Gallery - hundreds of works of art - art gluttony. Overwhelming. (No photos here!)

British Museum - Classical works - spanning the centuries

Trafalgar Square (no pigeons) but statues living and not alive.

Big Ben.

Houses of Parliament and the Thames

Number 10.

Westminster Abbey.

We walked. We saw all these things in one day.

  1. Isn't the British Museum just amazing?? A whole week in there would not be enough!

  4. I like the little videos you do standing in the various town squares and doing a 360.
